On the night of August 27, 2012 Kyle Eppling was in the parking lot of Oakland Plantation Apartments talking with a few friends, and suddenly gunshots rang out. Kyle Eppling was fatally wounded while talking with his friends and witnesses said they saw someone dressed in dark clothing with a scarf over their face running from the scene carrying a handgun.

    On August 1,2008 the victim Jerventez Wilson was robbed at gun point and shot while visiting Cubbage Mobile Home Park located in Dalzell, S.C. Jerventez Wilson later died from the gun shot wound.
